Refund Policy

This No Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services, sessions, programs, memberships, packages, and bookings provided by Athlete Performance Enhance Athletics LLC, a California manager-managed limited liability company (“Company”).

 

By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to the following terms.

 

 

 

1. NO REFUNDS — STRICT POLICY

 

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

The Company maintains a strict no refund policy.

This includes, but is not limited to:

 

  • Training sessions

  • Packages or bundles

  • Memberships

  • Camps, clinics, or programs

  • Online or digital services

 

 

 NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED for any reason, including but not limited to:

 

  • Missed sessions

  • Schedule conflicts

  • Injury or illness

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of participation

  • Termination for cause

 

 

This policy applies regardless of usage.

 

 

 

2. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE REQUIREMENT

 

 

You must cancel or reschedule no less than 24 hours before your scheduled session start time.

 

  • Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled at the Company’s discretion

  • Requests made within 24 hours of the session start time will be treated as a late cancellation

 

 

 

 

3. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

 

 

The following result in automatic forfeiture of the session:

 

  • Cancelling within 24 hours

  • Failing to show up

  • Arriving excessively late (as determined by the Company)

 

 

 No credits, refunds, or makeup sessions will be issued.

 

 

 

4. EMERGENCIES & EXCEPTIONS

 

 

The Company may, at its sole discretion, allow a reschedule in cases of verified emergencies.

 

  • Emergencies do not guarantee accommodation

  • Documentation may be required

  • This does not create a precedent or waiver of this policy

 

 

 

 

5. INJURY, ILLNESS & RETURN-TO-PLAY

 

 

Injury, illness, or medical restriction does not entitle you to a refund.

 

  • Sessions may be paused or rescheduled only at the Company’s discretion

  • Return-to-play clearance requirements still apply

 

 

 

 

6. COMPANY-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS

 

 

If the Company cancels a session:

 

  • The session will be rescheduled or credited

  • No cash refunds are issued

 

 

 

 

7. TERMINATION FOR CAUSE

 

 

If services are terminated due to:

 

  • Policy violations

  • Unsafe conduct

  • Failure to follow instructions

 

 

All remaining sessions are forfeited with no refund.

 

 

 

8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ENFORCEMENT

 

 

This policy is:

 

  • Strictly enforced

  • Incorporated into the Company’s Terms & Conditions

  • Binding upon booking, payment, or participation

 

 

Failure to read this policy does not exempt you from compliance.
